OK so, am I the only one that sometimes your workouts make you feel like....BLAHHH? how come? you see and feel results so what is going on?
Well I figured it out.. I needed a change of environment.When I am unable to workout at home I like going to the gym, Lucille Roberts, but sometimes I need more. SO.... I always go to the City Ave location in Philly, its big, the staff and fellow workout-ers are great.. but then I got a revalation. THATS NOT THE ONLY LOCATION!!! So now I have the Olney location it is smaller but same great results.. :)))
I guess the moral of this story is that like relationships you have to keep it interesting. Visit new places, use new toys **OOPPS**. Even going for a jog at a park, workout at home, even a large apartment complex layered with hills ( another new spot of mine). There are great ways to keep the fire going! Keep your head up, abs in and stay encouraged, lol. We all will meet our goals; no matter when and where you reach them!!!
