- Take a family walk after dinner
- Do yard work. Get your children to help
- Park farther from the store and walk
- Turn off the T.V and play ball at the park
- Explore new physical activities
- Make a Saturday morning walk a habit
- Get off the bus a stop early and walk
- At the office take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Instead of sending your fellow employee down the hall a unofficial email walk to their area
- Bring your lunch to work and walk to the area park/fountain enjoy the air

NO excuses!
I have heard many people talk about working out and the #1 reason I found that people say why they don't workout is " I don't have time" tisk,tisk. There is always time to get your body moving in the right direction! Here are tips I got from my Health and Fitness class last semester some I have incorporated in my life...
